Rolligami Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Rolligami (“the app”) is a puzzle game published by Colwell Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles and why, in plain words.
Information the app keeps on your device
The app saves a small amount of information on your device only, so the game is the way you left it. It never leaves your device, we cannot see it, and it is not sent anywhere. It includes:
- your progress: the board you are playing, the levels you have solved, your stars and fewest moves, your daily board result and streak, and your best Endless run;
- your settings, such as music, sound, and haptics, and whether you have already seen the explanation of Show me;
- any new campaigns of levels you have downloaded.
Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. You can also clear it at any time in your device's settings for the app.
Information we collect
None. We do not collect names, email addresses, contacts, photos, files, location, or device identifiers, and we run no servers that receive data from the app. The app itself asks only for internet access, which it uses for advertising and, when you ask for one, to download a new campaign, and for vibration, so the phone can buzz as you play (you can turn that off in Settings). Google's advertising service adds the permissions it needs to show ads, such as access to the advertising identifier described below.
New campaigns
When you tap Start a new campaign, the app downloads the new levels from our level site, levels.colwellventuresllc.com, which is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare receives your device's IP address and the basic details of the request, such as its time, in order to deliver the files and keep the site secure. The app sends nothing else, we do not use that information to identify you, and the downloaded levels are kept on your device. Cloudflare's handling of it is governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. The app never contacts the level site unless you tap that button.
Sharing a result
If you tap Share after a daily board, the app hands a short line of text about your result, such as your stars and moves, and a picture of your result, with a link to the game's page on our website, to your phone's own share menu, and you choose where it goes. The picture is made on your device and saved only in the app's own temporary files. Nothing is sent unless you do.
Advertising
The app shows advertisements through Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the screen, and an optional video described below. To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information such as:
- your device's advertising identifier and app set identifier;
- your IP address, which may be used to estimate your general, not precise, location;
- how you interact with ads and the app, such as app launches, taps, and video views;
- diagnostic information, such as how the app and the ad service perform.
Google carries out this processing, not us, and encrypts the data in transit. We receive only overall, anonymous reports of ad performance and earnings, never anything that identifies you. Google's handling of this data is governed by its own policies: the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Consent in Europe, the UK, and Switzerland
Where the law requires it, the app shows Google's consent form before any ad is requested, so you can choose whether ads may be personalised. You can change your answer at any time from Settings on the app's home screen, under Privacy choices, which appears wherever the law requires the choice.
The optional video
When you are stuck, Show me offers to play a short video advertisement, after which it walks you through the rest of that board, a move at a time. It is entirely your choice. Declining it does not stop you playing any part of the game, and the same handling described above applies if you watch one.
Your choices
- Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android, open Settings, then Privacy, then Ads, where you can reset the identifier or delete it.
- Turn off personalised ads. The same settings let you opt out of ad personalisation. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
- Remove the app's data. Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in your device's settings.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will deal with it promptly.
Keeping data
Because we collect no personal information, we have nothing to keep or delete for you. What the app saves on your device stays there until you remove it. Google keeps advertising data under its own policies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date above, before any change to how information is handled takes effect.
